We are looking for confident, independent trainers and training organisations to deliver TOM Leadership and Communication materials based on the book Everyone agrees with TOM!
Just so you know how it works:
1. You remain an independent trainer, consultant or organisation. i.e. TOM Trainers work for themselves and deliver TOM products to either TOM clients, their own clients (or both).
2. Rather than a set amount, fees due to TOM L&C are calculated as a small percentage of your daily rate for each day involving the delivery of TOM materials.
