Who we are, as individuals, professional business associates and friends, has such a major impact on the work of Enlightened Response Limited, it is difficult to distinguish where one area starts and the other stops. Although each member of our team heads an independent business of their own founding and has strong personal perspectives on life and business, the uniting theme is a deep caring for the results and achievements of the individuals we train and coach. It is this passionate desire to cater for the needs of clients that led me to invite them to work under the Enlightened Response banner. Each of the consultants mentioned below has at some time been a combination of coach, mentor and friend to me - for that I thank them.

Steve Rhodes - NLP Master Practitioner
As founding director of Inspiring Breakthrough, an established and
 successful coaching and training organisation, Steve has over 20 years commercial experience. He has held a number of senior positions in major international organisations and has for the last nine years been responsible for designing and delivering an enormous range of international learning and development events. These range from Selling and Exceptional Account Management skills to Senior Management, Leadership and Coaching programmes. All have been built around the client’s unique and specific needs: ‘We find out exactly what outcomes and changes are required, then design and deliver it.’

to our life coaching and executive coaching events. With a
broad range of experience as a  business
consultant and life coach, Pete routinely supports both individuals
and corporations to address challenges on a personal or business
level, an emotional or spiritual level, a rational or political
level. Over the last fifteen years he has worked extensively
across the United Kingdom, the Middle East and South America
leading business transformation programmes for major corporations
and conducting one-to-one coaching, counselling and healing
sessions.
